工厂占地面积12000平方米，灌装车间拥有HEPACIass10万级的药厂级空气净化设备，能有效去除空气中99.97%的细菌和粉尘，提供一个干净的GMP优良制造环境，能确保所有的产品在安全无污染的环境内制造及填充包装。使用RO水质处理系统，经过逆渗透的过滤及紫外线杀菌装置，所得的药用级水质，保证了产品的*好品质。 乳霜类产品的调制制造完全采用国内外精密电脑全自动设备，在精密技术的支持下，创造出超高转速及真空度让膏体绵密细致光泽亮丽。本厂以ISO9002为标准，并引进国外一流的化妆品生产线，具备封闭式空调车间，大型真空乳化机，自动灌装生产线设备，先进的检测系统，净化处理系统，消毒过滤系统，并设有完备的微检室和生化检验室。
The factory takes up an area of 12000 square meters and there are air purification equipments of HEPA CIass 100 thousand-medicine factory class in the bottling workshop, which can eliminate the 99.97% bacteria and dust in the air effectively, provide a clean good manufacturing practices (GMP )and good manufacture environment, ensuring all the products are manufactured and packed in the pollution-free and safe environment. With the use of RO water quality treatment system, through the counter penetration filter and ultraviolet radiation devices, the water quality of medicine lever promises the products of the best quality. The compound and manufacture for the products of creams category adopt domestic and foreign precision computer full-automatic devices completely. Being supported by the precision technology, the factory creates super high-speed running and vacuum degree, which shapes a minuteness, refine, bright body of the cream. Taking ISO 9002 as standard and introducing the first class foreign cosmetic production line, it owns an enclosed workshop with air conditioner, large vacuum emulsifier homogenizer, automatic production assembly line, advanced inspection systems, purification treatment system, hyperbaric filter system and has set up a micro inspection room with complete equipments and biological and chemical inspection room.
